He soon learns that the shade is in search of Saphira. Next, Eragon faces a band of Urgals who end up injuring both himselfand Brom. In every journey the hero also has a mentor. Due to their low standing, Eragon is expected to hunt and help take care of his family.

He is called to journey alone once again to gain what it is that he has wanted for so long. Athena acts as a source of inspiration and the object of many pleas throughout this epic. For Telemachus the challenges are not so grand or spectacular, but challenges to the young boy all the same.

Never having been to sea before Telemachus was not prepared at all for what was to come, but knew his duty. The first was a tempest, where he was tested both mentally and physically.

Mulan Status quo Eragon is a 15 year old boy who lives in a small village called Carvahall of Panacar Valley. Odysseus soon finds that suitors ravage his home, his son is nearly a man, and nearly the whole isle has lost hope of him being alive.

Resolution Eragon knows he has much to do. Although Telemachus has not yet met his father, it is almost as if they are journeying together, where the end of both of their journeys results in being reunited.

Telemachus got summoned to branch out from his mother and his home to venture out on a journey of his own. The Phaecians will become the Allies that Odysseus needs to help him get through this journey. Brom, aa wise storyteller, provides Eragon with very important information and skills.

With numerous foes, allies, trials, and tribulations the hero journeys through a series of tests before he can proceed. He approaches him in a final battle in Farthun Dur, which housed the dwarves and now a rebellious group that plots against the king. His small journey for vengeance led him to a larger journey that determines the fate of Alagaesia.
